Zakuri 240mm Blue Super Migaki Wa-Gyuto (Ebony Handle)

This Zakuri 240mm Blue Super Wa-Gyuto is a special order knife with an ebony handle (horn color may vary). The Blue Super edge takes a very sharp edge and holds it for quite some time. Blue Super is designed for excellent edge retention, and thought it doesn’t get as sharp as white #2, take a very nice edge still. This knife is not stainless will patina with use. If not cared for properly, it may rust.
