This book aims to highlight the seasonal courses, the influence of history on their cuisine, tableware, architecture, tea ceremony, and much more. There is both English and Japanese and text to accompany the bright and detailed photography. This is wonderful book for those who appreciate history and context in addition to elevated cuisine.
