Ryusen 290mm Carving Fork with Karin Handle

This carving fork by our friends at Ryusen Hamono features a beautiful quince wood handle (花梨 “karin”) that has a stunning grain. The fit and finish is excellent and the fork has a nice in-hand weight, feeling substantial without feeling heavy. The prongs also have great taper, and the fork has good curvature to help with hand placement.
