Quenelle Spoon

The Quenelle Spoon is the brainchild of Jenner Tomaska and Jake Bensfield.  Made from 18/10 Stainless steel, coming in at 9.25″ long and 35g, their goal was to have a spoon that would work amazingly well for Quenelles and other plating tasks in a professional environment.  The tip shape is a bit more pointed for a great quenelle shape.  The back end of the handle features a small flat spot that can be used as a small spatula or for plating design work.
